Three summits in Brussels in one day

The war in Ukraine was today the subject of three summit meetings in Brussels: those of NATO, the G7 and the European Union. The goal is to isolate Russia. US President Joe Biden has spoken out in favor of excluding Moscow from the G20 group in view of the Russian aggressive war against Ukraine. NATO has threatened Russia with serious consequences if weapons of mass destruction were used in the war in Ukraine. “Any use of chemical or biological weapons by Russia would be unacceptable and would have serious consequences,” reads the closing statement of the special summit. The G7 group also called on all international organizations to review their relations with Moscow.
