Shorter planned quarantine – ongoing crown protection dispute – Germany

Berlin (dpa) – In the current crown wave in Germany with many, but mostly light infections, quarantine rules need to be simplified. The duration should generally be reduced to five days, as proposed by the Federal Ministry of Health and the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

The concept that was sent to the federal states is available to the German news agency. Shortly before the end of most of the daily needs, the dispute over more protection regulations in regions with a critical situation continues to smolder. The free city test offer will remain in effect until early summer.
