► At around 9.15pm, according to police, a 16-year-old was surrounded by several young people. Rumor has it that they punched him in the face and stole his money. Five of the attackers, aged between 14 and 18, were arrested by civilian forces while still in the park. Another accomplice escaped unnoticed. Hundreds of teenagers and young adults celebrated loudly and, according to BILD information, there were also physical injuries. The park was cleared by 2am.

► Previously there was a serious robbery and assault. Two 17-year-old tourists indicated they were attacked and robbed by an unknown group, police said Sunday.

The attackers stole a fanny pack while they were punched in the face. In addition, the 17-year-old was threatened with a telescopic baton and hit with a plastic bottle. Both teenagers were slightly injured but refused medical attention.

A 17-year-old third ran after the runaway group, but was also hit and kicked. He suffered a slight sprain.

► While the agents were still busy with the robbery, stones, bottles and other objects belonging to a group of about 150 people also flew into the Volkspark. A fruit juice hit an emergency vehicle, which was not damaged.
